Power Computing Co. bought the land in the mid-1990s with plans to build a manufacturing facility, ranging from 1.2 million sf to 1,425,000 sf, for Apple-compatible computers. Apple Computer bought Power Computing Co. and closed the company in 1997, leaving the land undeveloped.

The tract is zoned for multifamily and commercial use. Heare says that other than the yet-unnamed retail tenants, the rest of the tenant list is still anybody's guess. The property is located north of Round Rock off Interstate 35 at Williams Drive in Georgetown.
