BRIDGEPORT, NJ-Emery Worldwide Airlines has sub-leased approximately 273,000 sf of rail-served industrial space in the Pep Boys building within the Pureland Industrial Complex. The deal was brokered on behalf of Emery by the Bridgeport office of Newtown Square, PA-based GMH Capital Partners. Pep Boys, the original lessor of the space, vacated it in a consolidation move.
