The seven-story office building will offer food service and a fitness center, among other amenities. As yet, there is no anchor tenant, though a number of major companies occupy space in the previous Highland Landmark buildings, including Ford Motor Co., Microsoft, Met Life, Kodak and R. R. Donnelly. Completion of the new building is slated for December 2001.
