KANSAS CITY, MO – Finding great locations is all a part of the business for quasi-governmental The Housing Authority, which just found itself a new home in midtown. The Housing Authority, which as been in the Soho Office Center, 712 Broadway, for the past five years is moving to 301 E. Armour Blvd.

The move puts the agency close to the soon-to-be-opened Midtown Marketplace, which city officials hopes revitalizes the business, as well as residential district in an area between Crown Center and Westport. The Housing Authority signed a 10.5-year lease. It will occupy the first two floors in the Gillham Plaza Building.
