The company created the Hospitality Brokerage Group as a division dedicated to servicing lodging industry real estate needs and to meet the growing number of assignments referred from Corporate Services. Services include: acquisition and disposition services for hotel, motel and resort properties; site selection; project coordination; and marketing and repositioning strategies.
The program is designed to provide clients a single contact person, local representation, national exposure and team support. The specialists design marketing strategies for the project assignment to meet the clients needs and to ultimately obtain the best value for the client.
Alan R. Hammond, VP in Traverse City, says the program should eliminate small mistakes in judgment that can have significant consequences in the lodging business.
