Arrow Electronics, which will take 50,988-sf, is a distributor of electronic components and computer products. Jack Henry and Associates Inc., which signed for 15,362-sf, provides integrated computer systems for in-house and service bureau date processing to commercial banks and financial institutions. The County of Arapahoe is taking the remaining leasable space. The terms of the lease were not disclosed. The shell of the second building should be complete by mid-year 2001, according to Bedford.
In afternoon trading Thursday, shares of Bedford were trading at $20.25, up 31.25 cents from Wednesday's close, and less than $1 from its 52-week high of $21.125 achieved on Sept. 20. The company's 52-week share price low came in early April, when shares sold for as little as $15.625.
