It will be the lead tenant in a 26-acre office park developed by Danac Corp, a Bethesda real estate company. The site is located at the intersection of Key West Ave. and Great Seneca Highway. The office park is scheduled for completion in May 2002, according to local reports. Details of the lease were not disclosed.

Manugistics employs 400 people in several locations throughout the area. Earlier in December, it was selected to participate in a $390 million deal between the US Military and Anderson Consulting. It also recently closed on the $300 million acquisition of Talus Solutions Inc. of Atlanta. According to company officials, more than 50% growth annually is expected with acquisitions and internal growth. Manugistics has offices in the United States as well as 10 countries in Europe and Asia.
