WASHINGTON, DC-An 11-story office building in the historic Penn Quarter here is 100% leased according to information released by Boston Properties Inc. E. Mitchell Norville, senior vice president, says Market Square North will be 100% occupied by March 2001.

Located at 401 9th Street, NW, the 405,371-sf, 11-story, mixed-use office building was built by Boston Properties Inc. and Gould Property Company in October of 1999. Market Square North is one-half block from Pennsylvania Ave. and adjacent to the Navy Memorial. The facility includes a four-story atrium, concierge, fitness facility, rooftop terrace and 18,000 square feet of retail shops and restaurants.
