The developers paid the city's Community Redevelopment Agency $1.3 million or $282,605 per acre ($6.49 per sf) for the 4.6-acre parcel.
The residential sector will offer 59 units starting at $130,000. They originally carried a starting price of $114,000 but the city's requirements of individual room fire sprinklers and double garages increased the price to $130,000, according to the developers.
