The new member, Charles R. Zeller, is president of the corporation's Texas Real Estate Enterprises Inc. subsidiary. He owns the Houston real estate firm, RealAmerica Corp. and is a 30-year veteran of the industry. Zeller brings experience in the field of real estate sales and development, Daniel Dror, American International chairman and CEO, says, and he is "an important addition to the board."
American International is a multi-industry holding company, with assets in diverse fields, including industry, finance, real estate and oil and gas. Stocks have been since a June spurt, closing yesterday at 3 cents per share. American International wants to develop its share in existing companies through financial resources and management expertise to spark growth and profit margins.
