The suburban Orlando firm plans to buy two major realty firms in Orange and Lake counties next year, a move that could boost revenues to $50 million, Pete Craft, an ERA Breese partner, tells GlobeSt.com. The 226 transactions the firm handled since opening its doors in June equates to an average sales price of $90,000.

Craft formed the firm with partners Rob Breese and Troy Hensley. Craft has personally sold $100 million worth of homes in 17 years as a real estate executive. Breese also has $100 million in sales chalked up as a 20-year professional. Hensley is an expert in wireless communications.
