Possible projects include grants for scholarships, conferences, documentary films, fund-raising events, campaign outreach, endowments and budget shortfalls. A source in the Environment Commission's office did not have any information on whether any proposals for grant money had been submitted at this time, but said that the Environment Commission will consider grants starting at $50,000. Grant for $500,000 or more must be for projects that are conducted in collaboration with the City.
