The Dallas staffs presently office at 12712 Park Central Drive and the Twin Towers at 8585 N. Stemmons Freeway. It is not certain if the 18,433-sf lease for Two Lincoln Centre will mean a consolidation of operations in the Dallas region.
WorldTravel has locations in Northbrook, IL, Atlanta, Boston, New York City, Washington, DC and San Francisco. In October 1998, WorldTravel had merged with BTI Americas, a former entity of Dallas' EDS, to form the third-largest travel management firm in the world.
Staubach's Southwest Corporate Services office has represented WorldTravel BTI in the lease negotiations for 5420 LBJ Freeway in Dallas while Lincoln Property Co. has acted on Metropolitan's behalf.
