The renovated hostelry is a nine-story European style luxury hotel with French-style quilts, goose down blankets and hand painted lampshades, in walking distance of the renowned Oregon Shakespeare Festival.
"The Ashland Springs Hotel has undergone a very successful restoration and visitors to Ashland will appreciate what they've done to enhance the experience of each customer," said David Bell, executive vice president of development for WestCoast Hospitality. "It will be a great addition to the WestCoast brand and adds another important location along the Interstate 5 corridor."
The Spokane corporation owns, manages and/or franchises upscale full-service hotels in 9 western states. Its properties and focus on serving business, convention and leisure travelers. The company also operates TicketsWest.com, a computerized ticketing operation, in five states and British Columbia; WestCoast Entertainment, a Broadway and special event presenting company; and G&B Real Estate Services, the real estate division which owns and manages commercial and residential properties.
