The new facility, a 20,908-sf-building located at 1640 N. Batavia St., is almost triple the size of the firm's previous location, which is also located on Batavia St. near The Arrowhead Pond.
"Syzysy is expanding and the new building fits the corporate image the company wants to convey. And the building that suited the company best was the one literally next door," says Mitch Zehner, a broker with Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office.
Zehner, along with brokers Mike Boomer and Louis Tomaselli from the same office, all represented Syzysy and the building's owner, Stanley E. Hanson, in the transaction.
