The facility, less than two years old, was on the market since mid-2000 for $11 million or $118.27 per sf. The building was originally the U.S. headquarters for Siemens Electromechanical Components.
Tyco bought the building in late 1999, but shut down its operations at the facility in mid-2000. JDI Realty plans to hire a real estate firm to market the space.
