The project includes 186 apartments, both affordable and market rate, as well as retail, office and parking space. The Burnsville, MN-based commercial real estate firm bought the4.6-acre site in Downtown Eden Prairie near Interstate 494 and Highway 212 from the city.

Financing for the project will include tax increment bonds, multifamily housing revenue bonds and Federal block grant loans.
