Aprisma is a service-level software provider that has teamed up with IntelliSpace to offer its SPECTRUM suite of management software. The selection of Aprisma is designed to provide, as the company spokespeople state, "a secure, scalable and reliable infrastructure," helping "IntelliSpace to effectively and efficiently deliver its service offerings, reduce ongoing operational and support costs and increase customer satisfaction."
As many companies are forced to foot the bill to restructure the wiring of their leased space and some building owners redevelop their buildings' infrastructure to meet potential tenant demands, many companies are springing to find new ways to market themselves to meet these needs. In a brutal technology market where "carnage" best describes the mood, many software and wiring providers are joining forces to stay afloat.
Marc Josephson, chairman and CEO of IntelliSpace describes the move without nodding to the technology business world's difficulties in an official company announcement. He writes, "Aprisma's Spectrum and its ability to proactively monitor and manage such a wide variety of hardware devices is exactly what we need to ensure our NOCs identify and resolve issues rapidly. The result is the fastest possible Internet access and the assurance we need to maintain service levels for our customers."
