McGrath RentCorp Declares Quarterly Dividend

LIVERMORE, CA-McGrath RentCorp on Tuesday said it would issue a quarterly cash dividend of 14 cents a share on Jan. 31 to its common shareholders of record as of Jan. 15. The provider of relocatable modular offices and classrooms and communications rents and sells modular buildings in California and Texas under the name Mobile Modular Management Corporation.

Mobile Modular is the largest provider of relocatable classrooms for rental to school districts for grades K – 12 in California. As well, McGrath’s 73%-owned subsidiary, Enviroplex Inc., manufactures and sells classrooms directly to school districts in California. McGrath’s RenTelco division rents and sells electronic test equipment, the majority of which are instruments manufactured by Hewlett-Packard and Tektronix.
