Located at 1695 MacArthur Blvd., the company selected this building for relocation of its corporate headquarters because the property's layout and parking configuration suited its needs.
"The new location accommodates the company's growth and contains enough room for future expansion," says Paul Caputo, a broker with Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office who represented Lambda in the transaction.
Lambda acquired the property from its former owner and tenant CI Designs, which was represented by Bill Garrett with Lee & Associates' Newport Beach office.
