Hanlon thinks it's such a good site for a sports bar that he had used the word "Broncos" on a sign posted on the property.
But, the NFL didn't like the marketing tactic and subsequently had sent two letters, demanding removal of the Broncos name. "And the reality is there is so much interest in the site - I've already been contacted by two sports bar operators and a bank - it will be sold long before it would ever go in front of a jury or a judge."
Despite it all, he remains an ardent Broncos supporter. "Hopefully, next year we'll have a healthy team and a brand new sports bar near the Broncos training camp," he says. "Management won't have any distractions from the sign so I'm expecting a good year.
