The new building will consist of 108,000 sf of office showroom and industrial space on a seven-acre site. Carl Zeiss, which is based in Germany, will relocate operations and 150 employees from its Industrial Measuring Technology division, which is now located in a Brooklyn Park building also owned by LutheranBrotherhood, located at Boone Avenue and Interstate 494. Construction is expected to be completed by fall.
