NEW YORK CITY-Three condominiums in the newly built Bridge Tower Place at 401 East 60th St. have sold for prices ranging from $880,000 to $1.325 million. All three are two-bedroom units with about 1,500 sf of space.

The 39-story, 218-unit structure features such amenities as a fitness facility adjoining an outdoor sun terrace, an 11th-floor roof garden, 100-car on-site parking and a children's playroom on the third floor. The building was erected by the Brodsky Organization, which recently developed more than three million sf of residential space in the Lincoln Center area.

The DeMarzo Realty Co. brokered the sales.
