The decision will be made at tomorrow's shareholder meeting, with the re-incorporation from a Pennsylvania corporation into a Nevada corporation as the lead agenda item. The action also calls for the name to be changed to Sterling Capital Investment Group Inc. The meeting will be held at company headquarters at 4570 Westgrove Dr., Addison.

The capital group is a fee- and equity-based, asset management company that manages pools of cash and non-cash assets of various affiliated funds and partnerships.
