MIAMI-American Express Travel Related Services Co. will be calling suburban Miami Lakes home for the next five years at least. The company is moving March 1 into 17,657 sf of class A offices at the 82,000-sf Promenade building, 15100 NW 67th Ave., eight miles northwest of Downtown Miami. The estimated value of the lease with Miami Lakes Properties Inc. is $2.4 million.

Bob Orban of Trammell Crow Co. negotiated for the tenant. Steve Style represented the Graham Cos., parent of Miami Lakes Properties. Graham Cos. manage two million sf of office, retail and industrial space, and 1,500 apartment units in Miami Lakes, a 39-year-old, five-square-mile residential and business community.
