Buyer Access Brings 250 More Members into Its Fold

DENVER-An online purchasing provider has added 250 more members, representing 53,000 apartments. The extra members have come via the acquisition of a New England competitor.

DENVER-Locally based Buyers Access, the nation’s largest group purchasing organization for the apartment industry, has beefed up its membership.

The latest count brings 250 more members into the fold. The new members represent about 53,000 units. Buyers Access’ purchase of Purchasing Pro LLC, based in New England, accounts for 116 of the new members. They represent 27,300 units owned or managed by 50 property management companies. In conjunction with the acquisition, Buyers Access has added eight suppliers servicing the New England area.
