Steve Conley, John Duffy and Collins Ege of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP represented Meridian in the sale of: Campus South at 1875 Campus Commons Dr., the Audubon II and the Oakbrook buildings at 1892 and 1897 Preston White Dr. Meridian previously sold two other buildings for $55 million--the 160,000-sf Dulles International Point in Herndon and the 61,000-sf Audubon III in Reston.
Meridian and its joint venture partner, Blackstone Real Estate Group, own the 750,000-sf Bethesda Metro Center. Meridian is developing the 160,000-sf Virginia Square Plaza office building in a joint venture with New Boston Fund, in Arlington, VA. The class A structure will be finished in April 2001. The company has 4.6 million sf of office, industrial, hotel space and 87 acres of development land in metropolitan Washington, DC, Baltimore, Maryland, North Carolina and Florida.
