Each building will have between 35,645 and 39,120 sf of space with 16-foot clear minimum ceiling heights, and gas heat. The buildings will also have dock or drive-in loading four parking spaces per 1,000 sf. The project is scheduled for completion by May 2001, according to information released by MIE.

MIE has developed approximately 8.5 million sf in the Baltimore area. This is the company's first project in Howard County since 1980, company officials say.
