Strategic Resource Corp. Acquires Dedham Executive Center

DEDHAM, MA-New York-based Strategic Resources Corp. has acquired Dedham Executive Center here. The 180,000-sf office building is 95% occupied but SRC estimates the 20% of the leases will be rolled over annually for the next three years.

DEDHAM, MA-Strategic Resources Corp. has acquired Dedham Executive Center, a 180,000-sf office building here. The New York-based fund manager and investment advisor purchased the property from Dedham Holdings Inc., a private REIT serviced by General Electric Capital Realty Group, Inc.

The center is located at the intersection of Routes 1 and 128, near Route 95 and is 15 minutes from Downtown. In addition to the three-story building, there is an attached 195,000-sf underground parking lot. Currently, the building is 95% occupied. Among the current tenants at the center are General Electric, General Electric Equipment Financing, Woodward & Curran, Combined Insurance and Chrysler Financial.
