Boston Scientific would prefer the structures and 8.5 acres of the site go as a package, says Kemp, but will consider separate sales of the two buildings. Building A contains 69,420 sf in 2 stories, and Building B has 94,034 sf, also in 2 stories. The complex, at 17425 NE Union Hill Road, also includes 488 parking stalls. The disposition is part of a nationwide downsizing by the medical device manufacturer.
