Midway Lockwood Partners, represented by John Duffle, of the Midway Cos. is the seller, and Gary A. Pfeffer, formerly with Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. but now with Fischer & Co., acted on the ballet's behalf.
Harry Gendel Architects designed the 37,000-sf facility. Dienna Nelson Augustine won the job of developing the warehouse in a competition boasting a field of 15 applicants. Completion is anticipated this summer, in time for the ballet's fall season.
