All told, just under 18,000 sf of space was leased in parcels ranging from 800 sf to 3,300 sf. No brokers were involved in the transactions.

The new tenants include Comus USA, a manufacturer of toy musical instruments, Drainage Industries, a producer of Halloween and Christmas decorative items, Eurowrap Ltd., a giftwrap distributor, GEM Electric Manufacturing, which makes Christmas lighting accessories, HMS Manufacturing, a specialist in holiday seasonal products, PJ Toys Inc., a producer of stuffed toys and Putnam Co., a manufacturer of artificial snow products.

The Hong Kong-based firms are Bowen Hill (scientific toys), Lucky Plastic Factory (battery-operated vehicles), Perfect Toys International (radio-controlled cars) and PMS International Far East (plush and novelty toys).
