NEW YORK CITY-Eleven new tenants, including four from Hong Kong, have leased space in the International Toy Center at 200 Fifth Ave. for 10-year terms. In addition, six companies have inked lease renewals and three have opted for more square footage in the 14-story building, which has more than one million sf of showroom space and is 96% leased. Built in 1909, it has housed toy-related tenants since 1964. Prior to that, it shared space with companies in the men’s clothing industry.

All told, just under 18,000 sf of space was leased in parcels ranging from 800 sf to 3,300 sf. No brokers were involved in the transactions.
