The 328-unit Treo@Kettner residential development is being built in Downtown's Columbia redevelopment district. Excavation is scheduled for completion by the end of the month, and the project is expected to open in September 2002.

Vancouver, Canada-based Intergulf is developing the project, designed by Carrier Johnson. Sundt Construction Inc., formerly Ninteman, is managing construction.

Treo will be characterized by three neighborhoods: a 24-story tower, a terraced structure, and a low-rise component along Kettner that includes townhomes. The total size of the complex is 650,000 sf.
