The complex's seven buildings will have floor plates ranging from 20,000 to 50,000 sf and will have fiber optic, microwave and other high-tech communication capabilities built in to the infrastructure. The site will maintain more than 40 acres of open green space.

Dave Kessler, senior project manager, was not immediately available for further comment on the project. Opus Northwest LLC is a member of the Opus Group of Companies, headquartered in Minneapolis. Opus Northwest has 11 projects under construction in the Puget Sound market, according to the company's website (www.opus-nw.com).
