ANTIOCH, CA-The city’s Planning Commission hit the road this past weekend to tour the 1,200-acre Ginochio property, the site of a proposed multi-use development that would include an adult community, a retail development and an office park. No development timeline has been released.

Located at the southernmost area of Antioch, approximately one-third of the property is in Antioch’s Future Urban Area No. 1 Plan. The rest of the area lies beyond city limits and beyond the county urban limit line. Bob Nunn of Brentwood and his family are proposing the development.
