Sonnenblick-Goldman Taps Asia Operations Chief to Run Bay-Area Office

SAN FRANCISCO-Rob Stiles, founding managing director for the investment bank's Asian operations, has been tapped to head up the New York-based company's San Francisco office as managing director.

Stiles will continue to be active in Asian operations for the company. He will work to procure capital for investment in both Asia and the U.S., and broaden Sonnenblick-Goldman's initiatives on the West Coast, according to one company source. Stiles, who has been active in Asia's real estate sector for 15 years, most recently established Sonnenblick-Goldman offices in Tokyo and Hong Kong.
