Webridge, a local start-up whose software helps corporations create business-to-business e-commerce sites, added 16,191 sf to the 50,000 sf it was already leasing at 1925 NW AmberGlen Pkwy. for a 10-year term. The two-year-old, 50,000-sf building is now just 1,800 sf from being 100% leased, Squire tells GlobeSt.com Lease rates in this building average about $22 per sf. Seth Weinstein of Dallas, TX-based Cawley International represented Rational in the lease expansion.
