The majority of the company's 29 employees are based in Austin, with a number of employees telecommuting from Dallas and Denver. "With the opening of the new offices, we will expand our sales and development operations," a WhisperWire source says. WhisperWire develops software for communications service providers. The one-year-old company has secured more than $14 million at the end of its first funding round.
WhisperWire's headquarters take up 10,000 sf at 8240 N. Mopac Blvd. Bo Busby of Hill Partners had handled the recent leasing transaction for the firm.
