Bruce Hohenhaus of Colliers International's Sacramento office represented Agilent in the transaction. Creekside Center -- being developed by the Evergreen Co. of Sacramento and marketed by Grubb & Ellis' Dennis Neeley - is a 1.3 million-sf project that includes 430,000-sf of office space and approximately 70,000-sf of retail and two hotels within a three-block area. Tharaldson Enterprises Inc. of North Dakota will develop both the hotels, a Hilton Garden Suites and a Marriott Courtyard. Once completed, the 250,000-sf Ridge at Creekside will include TGI Friday's, Mimi's Café and Jared Jewelry, among others.

Agilent, which has about 250 employees in the Creekside Center location, in April will move one of its existing groups – comprising 100 workers - from its original building to the new building – located on Creekside Ridge Court, less than a mile from the Intersection of I-80 and Hwy. 65.
