Fujitsu will occupy most of the 51,000-sf building, which is still under construction. During the past four years, MIE has delivered and leased more than 100,000 sf of space annually at ITC. When completed, the development will be a 434,000-sf complex.

Marketing to local exchange carriers and cable television companies, Fujitsu is a multi-billion dollar company that designs and manufactures fiber optic transmission switching platforms. MIE has developed roughly 8.5 million sf in the Baltimore area since 1971 with more than 30 business parks surrounding the surround Baltimore-Washington International Airport and the Baltimore Beltway. The company manages more than 1,200 tenants.
