STAMFORD-W&M Properties, the management arm of the Malkin family’s office portfolio in Westchester and Fairfield Counties, has contributed $5,000 to the United Way of Fairfield County on behalf of two brokerage firms. The community services organization was a beneficiary of the company’s “2000 Show, Lease and Win” campaign. A check for $2,500 was donated in the name of CB Richard Ellis Inc., the brokerage firm with the most leases executed at W&M’s Fairfield County office properties.

United Way of Westchester and Putnam Counties also received a $2,500 gift in the name of Newmark & Co. Real Estate, which brokered the most leases in W&M’s Westchester County properties.
