2001 NAIOP Officers Assume Roles

DALLAS-The Dallas Chapter of NAIOP is ready for the year, seating a new roster of officers to lead the organization this year. Heading the distinguished group is Michael Dardick of Granite Properties.

DALLAS-The new leaders of Dallas Chapter of NAIOP have taken the 2001 reins, promising to heighten the organization’s profile via a roster of new and enhanced programs. The officers had been seated at yesterday’s January board meeting.

Michael Dardick of Granite Properties is the new NAIOP president. Jay Fitzgibbons of JSC Realty is president-elect while Walter Sprunt of Greenbriar Associates will be serving as secretary-treasurer.

NAIOP will officially kick off year 2001 at its annual breakfast meeting set for Feb. 1. Dallas Mayor Ron Kirk is the keynote speaker for the session at the Galleria’s Westin along Interstate 635. This year, Dardick and his team are planning a series of programs aimed at heightening the chapter’s profile in the community. Dardick has replaced Mike LaFitte of Trammell Crow Co., who is now sitting on the presidents council.
