Lisa Stewart, together with Monica O'Neill of the Seattle office of Trammell Crow Co., is the leasing agent for the property. Stewart tells GlobeSt that Trammel Crow, as well as acting as leasing agent, will now manage the building, a task previously handled by RREEF. Stewart declined to discuss current tenants or the new owner but says asking rents are presently $38-$42/sf gross. An Archon spokesperson was not immediately available to comment on its purchase.

Archon, a majority-owned subsidiary of Goldman Sachs & Co., was formed in 1996 when the investment-banking firm purchased J.E. Robert Companies Venture Division. Archon is a full-service commercial mortgage loan and real estate investment management company and, according to its web site(www.archongroup.com), the company has built portfolios and managed single-asset transactions totaling $6 billion over the past five years for companies such as Whitehall Street Real Estate Funds, Blackstone, GECC ad HUD.
