Both Asbill and Donhauser have operated locally since the mid-1970s. They have participated in the financing and sale of more than $3.75 billion in investment-grade commercial real estate. For the past four years, they were managing directors of the local office of Grubb & Ellis where they investors including Prudential, TIAA, IBM, RREEF, Manulife, Cigna, Banc of America, and GE Capital.

Asbill and Donhauser received the Greater Washington Commercial Association's 1999 Commercial Financing Award, and the 1993 Sales Transaction of the Year Award. Both also received Life Member Awards from the organization for their consistent long-term production.

Asbill is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, the International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute, the Mortgage Banking Association and The Rotary Club of Washington, DC.

Donhauser is a member of the Mortgage Banking Association, National Association of Realtors, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Washington, DC Board of Trade. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler is the an intermediary of capital and investment sales broker for the commercial real estate industry.
