Summitt Electric Supply Co. has signed for 56,000 sf of industrial space, the largest transaction in Colliers Oxford's most recent leasing activity. Summitt Electric will occupy space in Interchange Business Park. Mike Tipps of Colliers Oxford Commercial has handled the transaction.
The second largest lease has been inked by Medline Industries, for 34,000 sf of office space in Southpark Commerce Center, located at 4509 Freidrich Lane. Bob Wynne of Colliers Oxford has brokered the deal.
Journee Software is taking 17,000 sf of office space at 3700 W. Parmer Lane. Mark Greiner and Jack Tynes of Colliers Oxford Commercial have co-brokered the transaction.
Other new leases are Memec Inc., 15,000 sf of industrial space in Research Interchange, situated at 9300 United Dr. and Informix Software Inc., 4,000 sf of office space in Prominent Pointe, positioned at 8310 Capital of Texas Highway. Charlie Hill of Colliers Oxford Commercial has handled the transaction for Memec Inc. Mike Tipps and Anne-Marie Lenton, also of Colliers Oxford Commercial, have represented Informix Software.
