Five Austin Businesses Seal Pacts for 126,000 SF

AUSTIN-Five Austin businesses have finalized leases for industrial and office space. The largest deal puts Summitt Electric Supply into 56,000 sf at Interchange Business Park.

AUSTIN-In a flurry of leasing activity, Colliers Oxford has finalized five leases totaling 126,000 sf in Austin submarkets.

Summitt Electric Supply Co. has signed for 56,000 sf of industrial space, the largest transaction in Colliers Oxford’s most recent leasing activity. Summitt Electric will occupy space in Interchange Business Park. Mike Tipps of Colliers Oxford Commercial has handled the transaction.

The second largest lease has been inked by Medline Industries, for 34,000 sf of office space in Southpark Commerce Center, located at 4509 Freidrich Lane. Bob Wynne of Colliers Oxford has brokered the deal.
