Endeavor Real Estate Group is developing the project and has commitments from Home Depot and Kohl's Department Store for up to 193,000 sf of anchor space. One 25,000-sf anchor site is still available within the project and an additional six pad sites have yet to be spoken for, Jeff Newberg, a principal with Endeavor told GlobeSt.com. Two pad sites for restaurant use are under contract.

Newberg says bids are being reviewed and a general contractor should be selected within the next 10 days. The project is scheduled for completion by October.

The development is situated in Austin's Tech Ridge area, about one block north of a Dell Computer manufacturing center with 7,000 employees. The site is northeast of Samsung's campus at Interstate 35 and Parmer Lane.

Endeavor Real Estate Group had been founded 22 months ago by a group of five former principals from the Trammell Crow Co. Endeavor's principals are Newberg, David Roche, Bryce Miller, Andy Pastor and Kirk Rudy.
