Manufacturer Inks $11-Mil Lease for Industrial Building

CITY OF INDUSTRY, CA-Wisconsin-based manufacturer signs $11-million, seven-year lease for an industrial building in City of Industry.

The industrial facility stands at 21901 Ferrero Parkway. APW North America, a company that manufactures integrated electronic enclosure systems, has inked a deal to lease the entire building for seven years.

Built in 1999, the facility contains 44 loading docks and is equipped for up to 1,000 amps of power.

APW was represented by Rick Sheckter of Grubb & Ellis. The owner, the Sares-Regis Group, was represented by Tom Taylor, Steven Bellitti and Clyde Stauff of Colliers Seeley.
