Trammel Crow Co. is keeping a 6.1-acre parcel for the redevelopment of Killeen Marketplace Phase II and a 1.56-acre parcel for a future restaurant pad site. Rust Tamlyn of Trammell Crow Co.'s Houston office and Chris Ellis of the company's Austin office have handled the sale for the owner, TC Killeen Marketplace, a Trammell Crow Co. limited partnership.
